Privacy Policy

Updated: March 2026.

Welcome to https://www.digitaltrybe.com (the "Site"). We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site or any other website, application, training, or product (“Digital Properties”) offered by Digital Trybe, LLC (“we, “us”, or “our”), who visit without transacting business ("Visitors").

This privacy policy also applies to Customers. A “Customer” is a Visitor who registers to transact business on the Site, or that purchases or makes use of the various services or Digital Properties (e.g. subscribe to a newsletter, purchase a product, sign up for a training, download an ebook, etc.). offered by us (collectively, "Services"). The use of the word “you” or “they” in this policy refers to both Visitors and Customers.

In some cases, one of our Digital Properties may have a separate privacy policy that is specific to that website (“Site Specific Policy”). In those cases, the Site Specific Policy will be linked on that website and applies to the Personal Information collected on, or through, that respective website. However, any sections of this privacy policy that are not addressed in the Site Specific Policy, shall also apply to Personal Information collected, so long as those sections do not conflict with the Site Specific Policy.

"Personal Information"

refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. Personal Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We may collect basic user information from all of our Visitors, which includes Cookie information (see section “Do we use cookies for our Services?”), IP address, browser type, other online identifiers, what pages they visit, how or where they came from to discover the Site or our Digital Properties, and other interactions Visitors have with our Services. We also collect the following additional information from Customers: names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, the specific items and Services they ordered, and the nature and size of the Services that the Customer intends to purchase or sell.

We may also collect additional Personal Information relating to Visitors and Customers from third parties: social media profile information, external websites visited and interactions with them, payment history and type of payment methods or payment sources used by a Customer for purchases (e.g. whether you used a credit card or bank account for a past purchase to issue a refund).

What organizations are collecting the information?

In addition to our direct collection of Personal Information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks, form providers, etc.) who may provide such services as credit, processing, analytics, fraud prevention, and targeted advertising services may also collect this information from our Visitors and Customers through this Site and our other Services. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them. Any information provided to or processed by these third parties is subject to the third parties' privacy policies and terms of use.

How do our Services use Personal Information?

We use Personal Information to customize our Services, including this Site and our other Digital Properties, to make appropriate service offerings, for security and fraud prevention, and to fulfill buying and selling transactions, and delivering or providing access to our Services to you. We may email Visitors and Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site, or to offer other relevant Services of ours or products offered by third parties.

We may also use Personal Information to contact Visitors and Customers in response to specific inquiries (e.g. when you fill out a form), to provide requested information, perform analytics, and assist with our marketing efforts which may include sending you marketing emails and presenting you with general and personalized advertising for our Services, or third party products, we think you may have interest in. We may present you with advertising on this Site, through our other Services including our Digital Properties, or while you are visiting third party websites. Displaying personalized advertising to you based on your specific interests or characteristics is sometimes referred to as “targeted advertising” and may be based on Personal Information we collect from you, combined with information collected from, or about you, from third parties when you visit other websites not owned by us.

Comments

When Visitors or Customers leave comments on the Site, or through our other Services, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to a third party service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture and other limited profile information (e.g. your name or alias) is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images or video to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

With whom may the Personal Information be shared?

When given permission, Personal Information about Customers may be shared with other Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Customers, such as when providing a product or service review or testimonial.

Visitor and Customer comments and login attempts may be checked through an automated spam or bot detection service.

We may share aggregated information about our Visitors and Customers, including demographics information, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. We share your Personal Information with ad providers and platforms, as well as social media websites, in order to deliver personalized advertisements to you or to give you access to community, group, membership, or features available on the third party website. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf.

We may also share Personal Information with service providers or third party vendors when it is necessary in order to complete a transaction initiated by Customer, such as the sale of a product or service, to deliver you confirmation emails and login credentials, add you to our marketing email list, ship and deliver a product, create an account on an external platform on your behalf, or to manage a service for you such as website hosting, maintenance, or installation.

When processing a payment through our site, we use third party payment providers which collect and store your personal information, including financial card or account information, according to their privacy policy and terms of use. We do not directly store, process, or have access to your financial information.

We will disclose Personal Information in order to comply with a law or regulation, court order, or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also share the information with our attorneys and legal providers, payment processors, and government agencies to preserve or enforce our legal rights, or to defend against legal or contractual claims made against us. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Customers.

How is Personal Information stored?

Personal Information collected by us is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties except for use as indicated above. It may also be stored in cookies installed on the internet browser on your electronic device.

What choices are available regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

Customers may opt out of receiving emailed information from, or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed in the email (e.g. clicking unsubscribe link), or by contacting us at hello@digitaltrybe.com.

Visitors may also opt-out of cookies and other scripts that we use to collect Personal Information as directed in the following sections.

Are Cookies Used on your Websites?

“Cookies” are small text files that are downloaded to your device when you access a website. They enable the website to recognize your device, remember certain information about your visit, improve functionality, analyze usage and traffic, and, where applicable, support advertising and personalization. Not all cookies contain Personal Information. We use cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the Services they are interested in. We also use cookies for security purposes to protect our Customers and our websites. For example, if a Customer is logged on and the site is unused for more than a certain amount of time, we may automatically log the Customer off.

If you leave a comment on this Site, or one of other Digital Properties, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. If you select “Remember Me”, your login cookie will persist across multiple sessions for your convenience.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. We also use temporary and persistent third party cookies to analyze traffic sources and to deliver personalized advertising, or offer other Services, on our Digital Properties and on external websites, such as social media platforms.

What about embedded content from other websites?

Articles and pages on our Digital Properties may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other external websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Those external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Your interaction with them is subject to the website’s privacy policy and terms of use.

How do we use login information?

We use login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, account credentials, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, grant access to Customers, track a Customer’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

What partners or service providers have access to Personal Information from Visitors and/or Customers on your websites?

We have entered into, and will continue to enter into, partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personal Information through the use of cookies on our Digital Properties. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. You should visit the vendor’s individual websites to explore their privacy practices.

How do you keep Personal Information secure?

All of our personnel are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personal Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified staff who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, vulnerabilities, tampering, attacks, and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we are not liable to Visitors or Customers for any such occurrences.

How long do we retain your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register for one of our Services, we also store the Personal Information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except they may not be able to change their username or registered email address). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Profile information will be retained so long as the user is a Customer.

For other information submitted, such as through email or forms we retain the information so long as necessary to complete the purpose for which it is collected.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personal Information?

Visitors and Authorized Customers may edit and update Personal Information about them in their profile by visiting the relevant dashboard within the Service they registered for, if applicable, or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at hello@digitaltrybe.com.

Can a Visitor or Customer delete or deactivate Personal Information collected by you?

If you have an account on one of our Digital Properties, have left comments, or submitted information through a form you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We provide Visitors and Customers with a mechanism to request or delete/deactivate Personal Information from our databases by contacting hello@digitaltrybe.com. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete an entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personal Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personal Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

Can I opt-out of the use of Cookies on your websites?

On some of our Digital Properties, a Visitor or Customer may be allowed to decline the use of some cookies by adjusting the settings allowed by a cookie banner that we display on the website that appears when they first arrive on the website. The cookie banner notifies them of the use of cookies on the website. They can choose “Decline” or toggle off any non‑essential cookies, which prevents analytics, advertising, or personalization tools from storing data in their browser. Essential cookies needed for basic site functionality will remain active, but all optional tracking will stay disabled unless the visitor later chooses to update their preferences or one year, whichever occurs sooner. Declining use of cookies does not delete your personal information that has already been collected by us and collected through other channels.

However, in some cases our cookie banner on our Digital Properties may only notify you of the use of cookies, and not give the opportunity to “opt-out” of the use of the cookies. In those cases, if you continue to use, visit, or interact with the website then that will serve as your agreement to the use of the cookies. You may still have the ability to decline cookies from websites by making adjustments to your browser settings.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

We will let our Visitors and Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. You can review the date listed on the privacy policy to determine when the last changes were made.
